Javed has 10 plus years of experience in Information technology, telecommunication and had worked with US product based companies, Investment management companies and service giants. He holds Master’s degree in technology and business administration. He also holds Bachelor’s degree in law with specialized expertise in cyber laws.
While working for various companies he identified huge academia-industry gap as well as lot of unhappiness in highly successful employees of top notch companies. Since then he has been working to reduce this gap and enrich the lives of individuals. He believes that this has to be tackled in multiple dimensions and one very essential dimension to it is to enable people to make right career choices in early stages
